Terms and Conditions for Traverse Tours and Travel LLC
1. General Terms 1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Traverse Tours and Travel LLC ("the Agency"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. 1.2 The Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective upon posting on our official website. 1.3 All travelers must be at least 18 years old to book with us or have the consent of a legal guardian.
2. Booking and Payment 2.1 A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of booking. 2.2 Payment methods accepted include [list methods, e.g., credit card, bank transfer, etc.]. 2.3 The balance of payment must be settled by the date specified during the booking process. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
3. Pricing 3.1 Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel surcharges, or other factors beyond our control. 3.2 Once your booking is confirmed, the agreed price is final and will not change unless amendments are made at your request.
4. Cancellations and Changes 4.1 Cancellations by the traveler must be communicated to the agency prior to trip departure. Refund eligibility will depend on the timing of the cancellation as outlined in the Refunds section. The Agency reserves the right to cancel or modify your itinerary in case of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events. 4.3 If the vendors used by the Agency cancels your trip, you will be offered an alternative arrangement or a full refund of the amount paid.
5. Refunds 5.1 Refund requests must be requested prior to departure and prior to Vendor penalty windows as stated in your reservation at time of initial payment. 5.2 Refund eligibility and amount depend on the timing of the cancellation and the component of travel used:

Airfare Refunds: Airfare refunds are only available with 24 hours of booking. If the airline cancels or modifies your trip by more than 3-4 hours an alternative arrangement may be provided, if one is not acceptable, the airline vendor may offer a refund for the cost of the air reservation portion.
6. Travel Documents and Insurance 6.1 Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. 6.2 The Agency strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
7. Limitation of Liability 7.1 The Agency acts only as an intermediary for travel service providers and cannot be held liable for the actions or omissions of third parties. 7.2 The Agency is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.
8. Code of Conduct 8.1 Travelers are expected to adhere to local laws, customs, and regulations. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
9. Privacy Policy 9.1 The Agency is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at [link].
10. Governing Law 10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Morgan, Utah.
